Well having got my mobile phone back (ref. Customer is King), I have had the need to contact the mobile supplier to sort out a problem.
It has taken me at least 6 calls over a course of 3 working days to resolve this issue (and I am not sure that they have really sorted it out...
I’ll start with a warning. Whatever you do in life, do not leave a mobile phone on a train.
