Are we witnessing the euro end game?

With all the goings on in Europe are we in the process of witnessing the end of the euro? It certainly feels like it at the moment. Even the IMF are talking about a Greek exit from the system.

This is going to be a very troubling few weeks for all of us in Europe because if this does happen it will effect everyone. It will make the crisis' we have seen up to now look like a blip. This is nor because of the fact that Greece has left but because a country can leave. If...

Medical Coding and Billing Experts at Billingparadise

Posted by adamsmith111

Do you remember the name of the patient you met last week?

There are a million reasons why it is essential that you do! Medical organizations have woken up to the reality that patient centric health care services can increase the revenue and goodwill of a practice. The technological upheavals in the medical billing and coding services industry, though lessening the burden of physicians have also led to reduced time spent with a patient.

Great news for Teeside and the Noeth East of England

Its great to see in the news this lunchtime that the Blast furnaces in Teeside are being lit again and that steel production will begin again soon. This on top of the announcement that Nissan will build its new car in Sunderland is fantastic news for the North East.

At last we seem to be moving toward a recovery in the industries we are, and always have been, good at. This is not down to politics but down to the working people in the UK and their skills and ethic.

The tax issue - missing the point

I am getting really annoyed with all the press time being spent on the tax issues at the moment. The real issue is the fact that most of the large corporations in the country do not pay there fair share of tax. They have enjoyed cosy relationships with the HMRC for the longest time and that's where the focus should be.

I am also getting frustrated with statements being made about certain types of ways of running your small business as tax avoidance schemes. I run my...

Good for the BBC

I thought I would post a positive shout for a change after the last few with the issues we are having in the UK.

I was very impressed this morning to see that the BBC are going to do live feeds of every sport in the Olympics. How good is that!!!

bbc.in/HGyldy

At least some of the minority sports will get some coverage they never normally do. I also think that because of the way the BBC is funded they can do this kind of thing.

Big Brother Will be Watching You.

After the debacle of last week it looks like the government are just about to slip up on the next banana skin.

There are several articles around the press today stating that they want to bring in legislation to be able to monitor everybody's email and web traffic.

What is even more disappointing about this is that both of the coalition parties were opposed to a similar proposal from the previous labour government.

As the article I...

What a shambles!

What a shambles we have as a government in the UK. In the week where we saw petrol panic and pasty panic it’s unbelievable that there is not street protests at the situation we are in.

To make matters worse we have an opposition that cannot oppose. So, as a people we have the worst of all worlds.

The question I ask is how did we get to the situation where we have an incompetent government and an incompetent opposition who were just stumbling from...

Government needs to do more to support manufacturing

This is a really interesting news item from the BBC.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-bristol-17365924

It looks like the government is not walking the walk when it comes to supporting business. Unless they start helping people like this guy how are we going to get out of this recession.

On another point I find it amusing that the Dragons turned him down and he has gone on to even greater success.

I used to like the...

Well Done Mary Portas

At least there is one person in this country that is trying to kick start the economy, by making things again. We will get things moving again, after 30 years of market forces & no such thing as society. Now is the time to have a target for the whole country to put the Great back into Britain again. All working for the good of each other and not against each other, for a fast buck!!!!
